For Technicians: How to View Assessment Data

This video will review what an assessment is and how behavior technicians can view this data.

Difference between observation and assessments: An observation is when your supervisor observes your performance on multiple different procedures at the same time, including completing the professionalism and environmental barriers checklists. Whereas, an assessment is when your supervisor measures your performance on one procedure.

You can access your assessment data in two ways. First, you can access your assessment data by clicking on the assessments tab on the left hand side of your screen. You can also access your assessment data by going to your scorecard and clicking on the assessment tab at the top. Regardless of which way you view your assessment, the same data will populate.

You can view an assessment by clicking anywhere on the row. When you click on the assessment, information about the assessment type, who completed the assessment, when it was completed, and the score will populate. As you scroll down, you will see the data that your supervisor scored for this assessment. Once you are done reviewing, you can close out of the view.
