For Technicians: How to View Success Plans

This video will review what a success plan is and how behavior technicians can view their success plans.

The purpose of creating success plans is to ensure you are receiving the training and support to perform in accordance with your goals. We suggest meeting with your supervisor to discuss areas you would like to improve your performance and work together on creating success plans you can work toward together!

You can access your success plan in two ways. First, you can access your success plan by clicking on the success plans tab on the left hand side of your screen. You can also access your success plan by going to your scorecard and clicking on the personal success plan tab at the top. Regardless of which way you view your success plan, the same data will populate.

To view your success plan, you can click anywhere on the row. On the left hand side of your screen, you see the information about the status of the plan, how frequently you will be assessed, when it was created, what the target score is…etc. On the right hand side of your screen, you see the information related to how your performance will be measured to meet the goals of this plan. As you scroll down, you will see your observation scores, as well as any tasks that your supervisor may have assigned to you related to this success plan.
