Communication with the BST Team

This video will review how users can communicate with the Behavior Science Technology team.

There are two features on all users platforms. They are the chat and feedback features, which are available for you to use 24/7. If you are experiencing a technical issue you can report it to our technical support team by using the chat feature. You may also use the chat feature to ask our support team questions to help you navigate the system. 

To communicate using the chat feature, click on the comment bubble icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. You can type in a message of what you need. The system will ask for your email address to link you to your current organization. You will either be directed to our knowledge base, if the question is answered there, or connected with a technical support agent. 

You can use the feedback feature to take a picture of your screen and write a comment about something you are seeing in your platform. Providing a picture for our technical support team is really helpful so they can see what you are experiencing. To provide feedback you will click on the feedback button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Once you click on it, it will allow you to select the portion of your screen you would like to provide feedback on. Once you have selected the window, you will be able to write a comment. Once your feedback is reviewed, someone on the behavior science technology team will reach out to you. 

You can also click on the "need help?" tab on the right-hand side of your screen to view knowledgebase articles in the platform or schedule a meeting with your customer success partner. 

Additionally, you can contact your customer success partner at any time via email or a phone call. They will be happy to answer your questions or schedule a time to discuss your thoughts in further detail. Please ask your administrator who your customer success partner is if you would like to contact them!
