My users are not getting emails from your technical team

Some organizations need to work with their technical team to whitelist our email addresses.

Your users may receive updates and announcements from our support email and IP addresses
(support@bstperform.com, noreply@bstperform.com, 3.13.49.178). Additionally, if a user
needs to reset their password, the information will come from the above email address. To
ensure the message gets to the intended recipient we suggest whitelisting bstperform. It is
important to whitelist our email domain (bstperform.com). We use DomainKeys Identified Mail
(DKIM) for our authentication and can provide and details required to your IT team.
