This video will review what an assessment is and how supervisors can view their personal and team members assessment data.
Difference between observations and assessments: An observation is when your supervisor observes your performance on multiple different procedures at the same time, including completing the professionalism and environmental barriers checklists. Whereas, an assessment is when your supervisor measures your performance on one procedure.
You can access your assessment data in two ways. First, you can access your assessment data by clicking on the personal tab on the left hand side of your screen and then clicking assessments. You can also access your assessment data by going to your scorecard and clicking on the assessment tab at the top. Regardless of which way you view your assessment, the same data will populate.
You can view an assessment by clicking anywhere on the row. When you click on the assessment, information about the assessment type, who completed the assessment, when it was completed, and the score will populate. As you scroll down, you will see the data that your supervisor scored for this assessment. Once you are done reviewing, you can close out of the view.
You can access your team members assessment data in two ways. First, you can access your team members observation data by clicking on the team tab on the left hand side of your screen and then clicking on assessments. Here you see all of the assessments that you have completed and it is not sorted by supervisee. You can also access their assessment data by going to their scorecard and clicking on the assessment tab at the top. Here are all of the observations you’ve completed for one particular team member. This view provides you with the information of what their score was, as well as what assessment was completed. If there is no score, then the assessment has not yet been completed.
